Frequently Asked Questions
What is the structure of a typical camp session?
Our standard camp session is 1.5 hours long and designed to maximize engagement.
- First 30 mins: Dryland warm-up (running shoes required). We focus on agility, stretching, and positioning mechanics before the gear goes on.
- Next 10 mins: Transition time for goalies to suit up in full equipment.
- Final 50 mins: High-repetition floor drills. We run game-like scenarios, shooting drills, and progressive save techniques with full gear.
Is this camp suitable for all ages and skill levels?
Yes. Our camps are inclusive, meaning we can tailor drills to challenge elite Junior goalies while reinforcing fundamentals for newer youth players. When you fill out the interest form, simply let us know the age groups involved, and we will adjust the intensity accordingly.
What equipment do goalies need to bring?
Goalies should arrive with their full goalie gear (pads, helmet, gloves, etc.). Crucially, they must also bring running shoes for the first 30 minutes of dryland training.
Is there a maximum number of goalies allowed?
Yes. To ensure every goalie gets personalized feedback and high-quality repetitions, we cap each session at 15 goalies. This guarantees a low student-to-coach ratio. If you have more than 15 goalies interested, we suggest booking a second time slot.
