Ryley Brown – Head Goalie Coach
With over 25 years of experience in playing and coaching lacrosse, Ryley leads our team with a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to helping goalies reach their full potential.
- Former goalie at the Junior A and Senior B levels.
- Coach for the Team BC U22 Women’s Program.
- Specializes in goalie fundamentals, positioning, and technical skills for both box and field lacrosse.
- Known for building confidence in athletes and helping them develop their unique playing styles.
Ryley’s dedication to goalie development is unmatched, making him a cornerstone of the Goalie Factory.

Curtis Armstrong – Head Trainer
Curtis brings a scientific approach to goalie training, focusing on enhancing physical performance to complement technical skills.
- Certified personal trainer with a degree in Kinesiology.
- Expert in speed, agility, mobility, and dynamic footwork specific to goalie performance.
- Designs in-depth training programs to build power, reaction speed, and endurance.
- Former trainer for Simon Fraser University’s 2023 Men’s NCAA Division 1 lacrosse team, which achieved an undefeated season and won the PNCLL Championship.
- CERTIFICATIONS: NSCA Certified TSAC-F, NSCA CPT, Safe Sport
Curtis’s tailored programs ensure goalies develop the strength, mobility, and athleticism needed to dominate the crease.

Dani Carey – Media & Marketing Director
Dani ensures The Goalie Factory’s digital presence reflects the hard work and progress of our athletes. With a background in graphic design and social media management, she’s the creative force behind our brand.
- Experienced assistant coach for Team BC Women’s Box & Field Lacrosse Programs.
- Captures and shares athlete progress and training highlights through engaging photos and videos.
- Former collegiate athlete, receiving a women’s field lacrosse scholarship to play in the USA.
Dani’s insights into the athlete experience and her ability to showcase the dedication of our team and players inspire our community to stay connected and engaged.

Caleb Khan – Assistant Goalie Coach
Currently a goalie for the Langley Thunder Jr. A & Team BC Jr. teams, Caleb brings over 12 years of experience as a goalie to his coaching role.
- Extensive experience with the Langley Thunder and Team BC.
- Notable achievements include a gold medal at field nationals and multiple MVP awards.
- Known for his relatable approach and practical advice tailored to younger goalies.
Caleb’s on-the-floor experience and ability to connect with athletes make him a valuable resource for goalies starting their lacrosse journey.

Marcus Khan – Assistant Goalie Coach
Marcus is a highly accomplished player and coach with a passion for developing young athletes.
- Played for Team BC and is a three-time provincial champion.
- Extensive coaching experience at the U13 and U15 levels.
- Specializes in building core skills, focusing on strength, conditioning, and the fundamentals of goaltending.
Marcus’s dedication to helping goalies grow both physically and mentally makes him an integral part of our coaching staff.
