• Real-Time Feedback: Immediate tips during practice or games to help goalies improve on the spot.
• On-the-Spot Q&A: Answers to goalie-specific questions from players, parents, or coaches.
• Homework Notes: A detailed list of areas to focus on at home for continued development.
• Custom Exercises: Our trainer can provide specialized exercises to build strength, agility, and reaction time for goalies. (Will provide an email after the session)

Pricing:

• $65 for 1 goalie. ($30 for each additional goalie max. 3)
• Travel expenses may apply depending on location.
